A Home That Sells

Well it was time for us to move on to our next home adventure and this meant preparing ours for sale. With the proper staging and styling, we were able to make sure our small house had a big impact on everyone that came through. Within 4 days, we had accepted a close-to full price offer and not long after said goodbye to our first home. A few of you saw the before pictures so I wanted to showcase how we left it - newly finished hardwood floors, new paint/trim, master bedroom built-ins, refreshed powder bathroom, new landscaping, and of course updated furnishings, lighting, and staging. Small fixes can make such a difference in your home, especially when listing to sell, so don't hold back and take pride in the little things!
